Phones, Customer Service, filing of Inspection reports, Coordinate inspections with tenants ( ie: sprinkler, fire), email blasts to tenants, type up contracts. Interface with tenants and service contractors. Maintain certificates of insurance for all vendors and maintenance request log. Some Accounts Payable.
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Preferred experience:
Strong Administrative skills with Word and Excel
Yardi software a plus, familiar with Real estate a plus, familiar with COI-Certificates of Insurance a plus
