Established contracting company around for 40 years in North Brunswick looking for a reliable office administrator.
Responsibilities:
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
Maintain the general office filing system
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
Perform data entry
Basic bookkeeping
Entering payroll (ADP)
AP/AR
Skills / Qualifications:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Quick Books
Able to multitask and prioritize
Excellent communication and customer service skills
