Dear applicants,

My name is Sunny Patel, the owner of Sharda Paper. We are a family-owned paper company based in Metuchen, New Jersey, with warehouses in Rahway, New Jersey, and remote warehouses across the country. We primarily sell paper products to schools, printers, and government agencies. As our business expands, we are seeking additional support in our office.

Currently, we are in need of an office administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

- Assist in making sales calls to customers

- Follow up with customers on deliveries and estimated times of arrival

- Help manage marketing campaigns

- Recruit new talent to grow and scale our team

- Schedule appointments for myself and one of our sales representatives

- Occasionally perform utility duties, such as paying drivers’ gas cards, or resolving vendor disputes or claims on behalf of customers

-Manage company expenses (gas cards, payables)

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is not averse to making phone calls to customers, vendors, and actively uses LinkedIn and other lead generation software we have in place. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and persistent.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the starting pay is $20 per hour. Additionally, there are various opportunities for growth within the company. We are seeking long-term support and a team member who aligns with our company culture.
