We’re a small field service company in Freehold, NJ, looking for a reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable handling office tasks while assisting customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Filing, scanning, and general office organization
Data entry using Google Drive & Microsoft Word
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Strong communication and phone skills
Basic computer skills are a MUST - we use Google Drive, Docs & Microsoft Word daily.
Friendly and professional demeanor
Needed 3-5 days per week.
Compensation: Starting at $19/hr + paid time off after a set period
