SUMMARY
This clerical role provides essential support to daily office operations through document handling, scheduling, and light administrative tasks. The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using business software tools to support staff and visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scan, process, and route incoming mail and documents.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Use scheduling software to manage meetings and guest visits.
Utilize MS Teams and MS Outlook to coordinate communications and calendars.
Access and update employee information using the Workday HCM system.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior clerical or administrative support experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and general computer use.
Ability to quickly learn and use scheduling software.
Familiarity with HR or HCM systems such as Workday is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) each week.
