Position: Personal/Executive Assistant

Location: Trenton, NJ (Remote with weekly in-person meeting)

Type: Part-Time (4-5 hours per week)

Compensation: $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Mission/Purpose:

The purpose of the Personal/Executive Assistant role is to make Rhys less stressed and more productive in both his personal and professional life. You will be in charge of "running his life." If it doesn't involve speaking with tenants or vendors, Rhys should not be doing it. Your role is to take as much off his plate as possible, allowing him to focus on high-leverage activities that drive the company forward and to fully "turn off" during personal time to recharge.

- Proficiency in Gmaill

- Proficiency in Google Calendar

- Proficiency in Microsoft Mail and Calendar

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal/Executive Assistant located near Trenton, NJ, to support a busy professional in both personal and business tasks, with a high degree of overlap between the two. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, with one in-person meeting per week. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate appointments and meetings for both personal and business matters

-Filter and respond to emails, only bringing important items to Rhys's attention

-Set up meetings, manage calendars, and organize schedules

-Send gifts and thank-you notes to clients, vendors, and personal contacts

-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion across all areas

-Provide general administrative support for both personal life and business activities

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

-Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks

-A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

-Admin, Assistant, or Event Planner experience

-Experience in project management

-Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
