Construction Manager/Project Manager:

Experienced in Residential/Commercial/Multi family and Industrial
Seeking an experienced Construction managers with excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as solid communication skills to assist in planning and managing various stages of Project Development and ensure Safety, Engineering, Construction, Execution and Quality Control are delivered in a timely manner.
Their responsibilities include:
Planning: Creating realistic timelines, budgets, and work schedules
Managing: Delegating tasks to the construction team, overseeing subcontractors, and tracking inventory
Communicating: Reporting to clients and executives on the project's progress and budget, and explaining technical information to other professionals
Collaborating: Working with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
Responding: Addressing work delays, emergencies, and other issues
Complying: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
Managing risk: Tracking project expenses, managing cost overruns, and minimizing unnecessary expenses
