Our team focuses on generating 50-100 sales leads monthly with a combination of listing leads, off market property leads, and buyer leads. We are looking for closers that want to get to the next level in their career. The team is lead by 2 bonafide sales leaders who not only sell properties but also own multiple investment properties.
We are hiring for 3 positions in the next 90 days and looking for a sales CLOSER!
Prior Sales & closing experience is an absolute must. We cover a wide geography including everywhere from Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Union, and Morris counties.
This is a commission only position and your compensation will be directly correlated to how hard you work and your desire to grow. We especially would like to hear from you if you are a licensed agent selling 2-10 homes per year and you are STUCK. We can help get you unstuck!

Full-time administrative staff so you don’t have to be worried about support with marketing, database, transaction management, etc.
You must be able to juggle multiple clients, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
