We are an NJ based service organization that provides our client’s homes with beautiful lawns while protecting our clients and their loved ones from mosquitoes and ticks. The Lawn Buddies Operations Department has created a five-star customer experience with a 90% client retention rate over the last 12 quarters, while the Sales Department has produced a rapid client growth of 230% per year, while increasing the revenue per client avg by 26% per year, and finished the year with an 85% close ratio. Our customers enjoy the company’s unique and innovative ability for Lawn Buddies customer loyalty reps to provide instant solutions to concerns via text message pictures/video/chat.
How you get paid
This job is 100% commission. We do offer several performance bonuses as well as paid training.
COMMISSION
You will make 10% Gross revenue commission on deals closed "at the door"
Unlike other companies,
5% of all sales closed by automations within a business day of door interactions
And, 3% commission on split sales ( Split sales are sales closed by a different employee on a different day- after one business day- up to 1 week )
BONUSES

Perfect attendance for first 2 weeks in the field $100
Complete 3 step training program $150
What hours you can expect to work
Monday through Friday to start we will be out from 2-7PM
Saturdays we operate from 11AM-7PM
These hours may be longer after training depending on sales rates.
Lawn Buddies is currently hiring 2 Door-to-Door sales specialists that will be given different neighborhood routes every day. Sales reps will be given proper training and information on all of our packages and services so they can provide the customer with an answers to any question, as well as cost/mark-up on all programs for price negotiations.
