Position Overview
Trend Surfaces is seeking a self driven Sales Representative to grow and develop sales of our countertop products within an assigned territory. The role involves building relationships with fabricators and kitchen & bath dealers (K&Bs), providing product training, and managing the sales process from quoting to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
Provide product training and support to customer teams
Manage sales presentations, quotes, and contracts. Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities
Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and deliveries
Travel up to 80% locally and occasionally nationally
Able to provide support during POS set up at the customers places.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in natural stone, countertops, or building materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Spanish bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
Ability to travel and work independently
