Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Transportation: Move vehicles around the lot as directed by sales, management, or service staff. This includes parking, rearranging, and relocating vehicles for better display or test drives.
2. Customer Assistance: Assist customers by retrieving vehicles for test drives or service appointments, ensuring that the correct vehicle is ready and presented on time.
3. Inventory Management: Keep track of vehicle locations on the lot and assist with vehicle check-ins, ensuring proper documentation and inventory tracking.
4. Vehicle Inspection: Perform routine checks on vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and potential maintenance needs before customer viewing or test drives.
5. Lot Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized lot, including washing vehicles, sweeping the lot, removing trash, and ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed.
6. Supporting Sales Team: Assist sales representatives by prepping vehicles for customer demos, moving cars to the service area, and ensuring each vehicle is clean and ready.
7. Test Drive Assistance: Help set up vehicles for test drives, retrieve plates, and ensure the vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and ready for customers.
8. Assisting Service Department: Help transport vehicles to and from the service department or deliver vehicles to customers when required.
9. Lot Security: Keep an eye on vehicle safety and security while monitoring for any unusual activity on the lot.

Qualifications:
Bilingual English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience in a dealership or similar role is beneficial but not required.
