We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to design and construct a functional trench system around our property to redirect rainwater away from the foundation and prevent water pooling or basement leakage.
Scope of Work:
Assess the site and determine the optimal trench path for effective water diversion
Excavate a trench around the perimeter of the building (as required)
Ensure appropriate slope and depth for proper water flow
Install drainage materials (e.g., gravel, perforated piping, landscape fabric) as needed
Backfill and compact the trench
Ensure the final system blends with the property’s existing landscaping
Requirements:
Proven experience in drainage or landscaping projects
Ability to assess and recommend proper trench specifications
Must bring own equipment and tools
Provide a timeline and cost estimate
