Event Delivery Driver
We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as an Event Delivery Driver. This role involves driving a box truck or van to deliver event decor, including but not limited to flowers, balloons, event furniture, and props, to various locations throughout the tri-state area.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload box truck or van with event decor
Drive box truck to and from event locations
Load items into venues and events and load them into the truck or van after the events
Assist with event production and event breakdown
Assist with some warehouse organization and cleaning as well as organization and cleaning inside the truck and van
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience driving a box truck preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and team player mentality is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends, evening and some nights is a MUST
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in the event industry or moving industry
Knowledge of proper loading and unloading techniques especially with dealing with packing and unpacking delicate materials
If you own a box truck or large van, we can also add mileage reimbursement if you prefer to drive your own vehicle (This is NOT a requirement, but it is a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus)
