Enforces the Good Manufacturing Practices through the entire facility. Ensures equipment meets the company cleaning standards. Responsible for verifying all labels in the facility Verifying that all labels are accurate and match proof sheets. Performs bacteria tests and allergens testing prior to product runs. Assists the Production staff to ensure that all work areas are kept clean. Assists the Production Team Leader with entering performance data on the white board. Performs hourly weight checks & flavor checks on each running line. Assists Quality Assurance in reviewing production paperwork for accuracy.
