Background & Purpose of the Job C ustomer Strategy and Planning (CS&P) combines strategic planning alongside operational excellence between the Customer Business Development and the Business Unit marketing teams ; ensuring delivery of the Business Unit’s critical KPIs . T he CS & P Net Revenue Mana gement (NRM) Manager role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and making recommendations across the NRM Levers to support the B usiness Unit (BU) Strategy Growth Framework and Commercial Strateg y , by: Accelerating the NRM thinking across the Nutrition Business Unit to : Accelerate business growth by truly embedding NRM thinking into the organization Drive continued & tangible impact in our P&L Accelerate capabilities development Helps crafting necessary work to define growth roadmap , core Pack & Price Architecture (PPA) . Elevating NRM KPIS and Rhythm into the BU Performance Management agenda & C ustomer Business Development teams to land consistent execution . The candidate will work with BU LT to drive the NRM institutionalization model that covers performance management agenda, KPIs, targets, WoW, NRM funnel management and integration of NRM in key Nutrition processes like IBP, Inno vations , JBP s or Customer performance reviews . In addition, the NRM manager will also b e responsible for driving momentum behind building capability agenda through specific programs that p rovide the right learning opportunities, in a tangible way and connecting theory with practice, while l everaging key available tools. Who You Are & What You’ll Do   The successful candidate will drive the NRM agenda for US BU by:

Developing 3 years occasions led PPA ( destination portfolio ) that feeds into 12Q growth planning for the B usiness Unit , as well as clear direction in to renovation plan needs for key categories

Validat ing Category SPI guidance & destination for key Brands, along with SPI compliance & focus needed

Customer centric PPAs & efficient promotional strategies

NRM funnel management and reporting

Upskilling Nutrition B usiness Unit on top notch NRM capabilities, through specific/tailored programs (marketing, finance and CBD)

Simplifying and applying the NRM language in the business to improve understanding, adoption and impact

Accelerate NRM WoW into the US Nutrition B usiness Unit with key actions & expectations across all stakeholders (mkt, finance, CBD) in all key business cycle touchpoints

Performance K PI’s:

N et Revenue Realization (NRR) (U nderlying Price Growth + T urn Over MIX) and Volume%

S trategic Price Index / A verage P rice Index ; C ustomer Trade investment & T rade Spend Drift

What You’ll Need to Succeed

This role sits at the center of the Unit operations and therefore the person must thrive in dynamic, cross functional environments.

They will interact with and show an ability to influence stakeholders including; B usiness Unit G eneral Manager , C ustomer Business Development Country H ead , Market CS & P , Finance Head .

You should have an Innovation mindset and strong NRM knowledge

E xperience with Commerc ial channels execution and digital business models

Commercial Strategy and Business Acumen

Customer and Retailer Understanding

Strong analytical and data skillset – ability to ask the right questions and curious enough to find the answer

You will be prepared to build the new CSP organization with us as we transition into the new organization and be agile in your scope and approach

Prior experience in Customer D evelopment or Finance

Pay: The pay range for this position is $98,300 to $147,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
