Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the construction, renovation, and opening of new franchise stores; overseeing the entire process from initial planning to the commencement of the new stores; establishing all project timelines and budgets; tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments to schedules and resources; addressing any issues or conflicts that arise during the project; overseeing follow-up with contractors regarding their schedules and managing project acceptance; ensuring the entire project plan adheres to the established budget and contractual documents; maintaining all project-related documentation; providing weekly status updates to management and franchisees.
