In this role, you will be responsible for explaining procedures and processes to patients, maintaining a safe and professional work environment, and ensuring quality control in imaging. You will also perform various medical assistant duties, including taking vital signs, recording health history, and using electronic medical records (EMR).Responsibilities

Work EnvironmentThis position requires working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 8 AM to 4 PM. If you work a weekend, you will receive a day off during the week. The work environment can be challenging, requiring thick skin due to the nature of the patients and staff. You will be working in an urgent care setting, so excellent customer service skills are essential. You should be willing to assist in the front office as needed. The job involves lifting a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing and pulling a minimum of 50 lbs., and standing for at least 6 hours a day.
