Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Mobile Technician in northern NJ. This role primarily focuses on providing mobile phone support across various heathcare locations. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, configuring applications, and providing end-user training. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for mobile phones, including troubleshooting and remediating hardware and software issues. Facilitate end user training and education on mobile device usage and applications. Develop proficiency with licensed mobile applications to effectively address and resolve IT/Troubleshooting Help Desk tickets. Familiarize yourself with the Mobile Device Management system to assist with setting up corporate and personal smartphones. Travel to various hospital campuses to provide on-site, client-facing support for mobile devices and their software. Process spare and used smartphones for recycling and re-issuing. Utilize ServiceNow system to handle IT/Troubleshooting Help Desk tickets. Support IOS and Android devices, with a strong knowledge base in these operating systems. Work with applications including Google workspace mobile applications (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.), Duo Mobile, Epic Rover and Epic Haiku, Everbridge, Zip-It, and Active Directory. Utilize mobile technologies such as GroundControl and AirWatch for device management and support.Requirements Must possess knowledge and expertise in Computer Hardware Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required Experience with IBM products and solutions is essential Familiarity with Mac Computers and Apple Devices is necessary Must have working knowledge of Active Directory Understanding of Backup Technologies is needed Experience in Cable Installation is a must Proficiency in handling PC Desktop - Workstation Must be familiar with Android iOS and Apple iOS Expertise in iOS Mobile and mobile applications is required Proficiency in Mobile communications and Mobile Device Management is needed Experience in Mobile Device Support is essential Understanding of Mobile operating systems is necessary Familiarity with Mobile Products and Mobile Tablets is a plus Proficient in Mobile Technology Must have the ability to troubleshoot various mobile devices and platforms.
