Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Real Estate & Property team located in Hoboken, New Jersey. This role primarily involves providing administrative support, handling back-office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of meetings and conferences. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Assisting in planning and executing meetings and conferences. Taking charge of conference room setup including arranging food and beverages. Ensuring a warm welcome to food delivery personnel and guests. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of conference rooms before and after use. Ensuring timely setup of breakfast and lunch during conferences. Providing comprehensive back-office support. Performing administrative tasks to support the team. Ensuring all tasks are carried out in a detail-oriented and organized manner. Addressing and resolving inquiries as they arise. Requirements Proven experience in Administrative Assistance or similar roles within the Real Estate & Property industry is necessary. Proficiency in utilizing office systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is a must. Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Experience in providing Back Office Support or similar roles is essential. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to their urgency. Experience in managing Conference Room Setup & Cleanup or similar tasks is necessary. High level of attention to detail is required. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of real estate and property industry terminology is beneficial. Must have a customer service oriented approach. A high school degree or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration or a related field is desirable.
