Computer Systems Analyst ISELIN, NJ Multiple positions available (2) lflowsoft is a software development and information technology consulting company and the company's primary focus is on developing and deploying enterprise data collection, process automation, and e-business applications that integrate with enterprise applications. In terms of software development, our company provides developed, and markets integrated suite of components for warehouse management, transportation management, labor productivity management, global visibility, supply chain analytics and logistics command and control, as well as role-based collaborative web applications. lflowsoft has a wide and diverse clientele base ranging from financial institutions to manufacturing and project outsourcing companies. Analyze current and future state system requirements and processes to ensure all application feature are appropriately delineated. Gather and/or define business requirements through interviews, workshops, and meetings with subject matter experts (SME). Design project plan, project estimation, budget, resources using MS project. Collaborate with business owners and technical leads to design new computerized systems processes that will be user friendly, agency compliant and facilitate timely reporting on case management outcomes. Provide expertise and appropriate design options and methodologies for new software applications. Create and distribute relevant design documentation for programming staff. Design tests cases, agile and scrum methodology, sprint planning, UML, VISIO. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with team members to identify and resolve issues faced by the Users. Create Test plans, Test cases, UAT. Conduct training and support to new users as needed. Anchors the daily stand-up meeting with the team, status of SDLC activities. REQUIREMENTS ARE: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study. Two (2) years’ experience in job offered or related position with similar duties. One (1) year experience required in MS project, UML, VISIO, AGILE, SCRUM, where all such experience can be acquired concurrently.
