Description Our client has a newly created role for an Accounting Manager to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role involves overseeing a team and ensuring all accounting functions run smoothly and efficiently. Excellent benefits and time off package. The Accounting Manager must be a CPA to be considered for this role.Responsibilities: Assist and supervise the accounting department. Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed Financial Reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Developing all budgets Oversee the use of ERP for efficient resource planning Ensure all accounting functions are carried out in accordance with industry standards Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to accounting functions.Requirements Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems is a must. Non Profit is highly desired. 5 + years of experience CPA is required. Understanding and experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. Ability to handle all Accounting Functions with efficiency.
