Compensation Analytics and Administration Lead

Job DescriptionThe PositionAs our Compensation Analytics and Administration Lead, you will lead a team of compensation analysts and administrators to build and execute a data analytics strategy that provides market research and benchmarking and end to end process execution for the administration of our programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise using data to measure program effectiveness and anticipate necessary enhancements and adjustments and strong process execution skills.Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation analytics strategy to support organizational goals and objectives.

Develop and lead our global market research and benchmarking strategy to compare our programs and practices to external benchmarks by listening to and eventually anticipating the needs of the organization.

Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to evaluate competitiveness, identify trends, and proactively make recommendations for change.

Lead a team of compensation analysts and administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Centrally coordinate the annual compensation process, including budget planning and recommendations, administration of base salary increases bonus and LTI payments and communication to key stakeholders.

Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to budget constraints.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to compensation, making recommendations for policy updates and process improvements.

Partner with HR Business Technology team to optimize systems and tools for efficient compensation administration and reporting.

Prepare and present compensation-related reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Eight plus years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration.

Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and trends.

Experience leading a team of compensation professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools, with strong Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Multinational experience preferred.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
