As the Human Resources Communications Manager for Financial Well-being you will be responsible for creating and implementing internal communication strategies supporting financial well-being products and services. This includes employee retirement savings, compensation and other related programs/initiatives.Working in close partnership with HR Change Management & Readiness partners, you will assess and advise on communication needs and develop and implement communication and marketing strategies utilizing various channels (e.g., email, print, mobile, digital signage and web). In addition you will plan, develop, write/edit and execute clear, concise, user-friendly communications that will help employees understand, prepare for and adopt changes related to people, process and technology, as well as support business-as-usual activities.The role acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to HR leaders within our Rewards, Regulatory and Policy Experience Portfolio. The role is part of the HR Communications team under Corporate Communications and reports to the Head of Rewards, Regulatory and Policy Experience Communications with accountability to HR Product Managers. The role will partner closely with other communicators across all HR product portfolios to ensure connected, consistent and seamless employee communications.About youAre you are a proactive, creative and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for communications, a focus on the employee experience and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization? than you have found the right role. Develop holistic communications strategies to deliver on financial well-being priorities and ongoing 'right on time' communications

Work with various subject matter experts, change managers and required vendors/consultants to strategically plan and develop required communications for varied audiences; these include communications for projects, initiatives and campaigns as well as business-as-usual activities

Develop creative employee-facing campaigns to increase awareness and understanding of certain tools, process and programs, as well as increase employee engagement

Ensure that key groups within HR and the firm are informed of key initiatives, especially for large change management efforts, partner closely with other HR and firmwide communicators to deliver integrated messages across product portfolios; Provide support, as needed, for other HR initiatives

Establish work routines that facilitate transparency, collaboration and tracking of deliverables inclusive of key partner meetings, annual financial well-being calendar, etc. Maintain an annual communications calendar and manage the communications review and approval process for financial well-being portfolio

Review existing and develop new engagement tactics to deliver impactful messaging to managers and employees, leveraging all relevant channels (e.g., email, print, videos, web)

Follow all firmwide editorial style/branding guidelines and ensure consistency of all messaging and branding, gather and evaluate feedback/metrics on communications/campaigns and identify opportunity areas, manage vendor/consultant relationships, as needed and liaise with key support areas as needed including Legal, Technology, Media Relations, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

A minimum of 6 years of overall experience in communications required, Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent is a plus and proficiency in MS Office Suite required, and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop is a plus

Ability to produce clear, concise, well-designed communication in a variety of media including online, print, video and digital signage

Ability to digest complex information and simplify it for internal audiences using clear, easy-to-understand and concise language and visuals; excellent writing and editing skills, and a solid command of grammar, style, prooing and editing techniques is a must

Superior project management skills with emphasis on collaborating with all levels to research, write and produce communication plans and provide other comprehensive communication support

Able to manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail, but also work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the firm; Ability to form strong partnerships across all levels and global lines of business

Must be a creative, strategic thinker with a positive attitude who is focused on doing the right thing for the team, clients and employees, have high standards and be committed to delivering high quality communications

Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure and be comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience working in a large corporate environment

Significant knowledge of/experience in financial well-being programs including employee retirement and compensation strongly preferred
