Description In JERSEY CITY (Hudson County) NJ: Our client - American multinational financial institution headquartered in New York City, and one of the world's largest bank by market capitalization as of 2023 – is searching for a team of JD’s (Juris Doctor) and/or Legal Contracts Professionals to support their legal group on a long-term contract / project basis. Role includes serving as a primary contact for contracts management and coordination, data analysis and project documentation tasks throughout the banks contracting process, helping to facilitate contracts workflow. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a JD/law degree and/or familiarity with contracts management as well as financial documentation procedures and solid legal knowledge. Position is hybrid (3 days per week) in the banks Jersey City location.
