Continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge outside of your aligned domain of expertise.Job responsibilities

Research, design and engineer network security products with focus in proxy-based Edge Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solution

Design solutions and introduce new feature requirements for clients

Develop and maintain scripts for device pave/repave and automatize day to day tasks

Develop engineering standards and artifacts for certified products

Hardware and software certifications

Acting as the escalation point for Network Operations and Service Delivery teams

Cross-team co-ordination and collaboration with stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a large enterprise environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of network security design, engineering and implementation experience within a large enterprise environment

5+ years of experience in designing and engineering a suite of Broadcom products including Proxy SG, Secure Web Gateway (ISG), Symantec Content Analysis Systems (CAS), SSL Visibility appliances and Symantec Management Center (SMC)

Experience with other Secure Gateway vendors: Zscaler, Netskope, Umbrella, etc

Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming/scripting/DevOps languages: Python, Ansible, Terraform, JSON

Experience with micro-services, CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, APIs

Experience with internet DMZ architecture and load balancing

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in TLS1.3 adoption and expose to PQC (Post Quantum cryptography)

Experience with web hosting, webservers, and web applications

Experience with stateful and application layer firewall technologies is a plus

Experience working with Agile methodologies like Kanban & Scrum
