Description We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an OnBase Programmer/System Admin. This role involves providing essential system admin and programming support for the OnBase platform at our bank. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of OnBase application functionalities and be adept at utilizing system configuration and programming tools within OnBase to meet the business requirements of our users effectively.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct system and requirements analysis for OnBase projects
Configure and administer the OnBase Content Management system using established design patterns
Document technical specifications, process flows, changes, and training materials for end users and service desk
Plan, execute, and evaluate System Testing (DUT, SIT, UAT)
Manage issue resolution utilizing tools such as JIRA for issue lifecycle management
Prepare for production releases and conduct migration planning and testing
Undertake other responsibilities including coordination with resources from other teams, project management, and small to medium project execution
Requirements
Business Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum 8-10 years of prior work experience (3 years or more in the banking sector preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field
Ability to collaborate effectively with end users, technical staff, and management
Excellent documentation and verbal/written communication skills
Strong multitasking and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Technical Skills Required:
OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) preferred, other OnBase certifications a plus
3+ years of experience as an OnBase System Admin; experience with key OnBase modules
Solid understanding of OnBase Enterprise Content management platform, architecture, and security
Experience supporting OnBase v16 in large & complex organizations
Proficiency in OnBase COLD, DIP, AUTOFILL processes, and ability to develop & support such processes
Experience with ONBASE Workflow is a plus
Expertise in OnBase system admin functions of version 16
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL & IIS
Experience with OnBase mobile platforms and mobile deployments
Strong understanding of security concepts, particularly as related to Active Directory
Experience with integration of OnBase tools with Microsoft products including Office & Outlook
Ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure and in a timely manner
Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business and process flows
