Your ability to engage prospects and utilize pest control knowledge will be essential to your success in this role.We Are Looking ForAs a Commercial Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial services, responsible for not only offering traditional pest control solutions but also showcasing our cutting-edge SMART solutions. Your responsibilities will include :Discover Opportunities : Identify and generate sales within our established service area by prospecting and qualifying leads.Engage Prospects : Connect with potential customers through calls and visits, understanding their needs and guiding them through our offerings.Customer Care : Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, both new and existing, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Drive : Proactively reach out to previous customers to explore new business opportunities and expand our customer base.Collaborative Support : Work closely with our Commercial Sales Administration team to prepare and finalize sales quotes and contracts.SMART Solutions Advocate : Partner with Branch Managers and Technical teams to showcase our innovative SMART solutions to potential clients.Relationship Management : Nurture relationships with current customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or enhancing services.Adaptability : Adjust sales techniques based on customer feedback and market insights to optimize results.Performance Excellence : Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company.Efficient Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our lead management system.What We Need From YouA high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business is preferredAt least 1 year of experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably in pest managementFamiliarity with direct consumer sales and experience maintaining information in a CRM system; PestPac experience is a plusStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiencesProficiency in using Windows-based computer systems and comfortable presenting informationCreative problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information effectivelyA commitment to learning and retaining a high level of pest control industry knowledge through trainingWe ProvideAn opportunity to start a new careerYear-round employmentPaid time off, starting at 80 hours a year, up to 200 hours a year based on tenure8 paid holidaysCompetitive salary compensation with commission401(k) Savings with company match, immediately vestedCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous employee referral programA peer-to-peer employee recognition programMedical, Dental, and Vision benefitsA supportive team environment that values collaboration and individual contributionsOpportunities for ongoing training and professional development to enhance yo ur skillsReady to Make an Impact?
