DESCRIPTION:Duties: Design, develop and implement Data management and governance processes to ensure compliance with firm data risk policies. Facilitate Stakeholder relationships to ensure Risk Data Product, Architecture and Governance Strategy meets stakeholder requirements and program implementation is on track. Advise cross-functional teams on data architecture solutions to achieve the target state architecture and ensure compliance with Data Governance requirements. Support audit, cyber and control stakeholders on their audits of risk technology data governance and data risk controls.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Data Architect, Software Developer, Software Designer, or related occupation.Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Designing and developing programs in accordance with system design in .NET; Designing and developing application framework using open-source frameworks and architecture standards; Working with business leaders in financial institutions to understand business requirements and guiding the conversion of critical business requirements into efficient technical outputs; Designing application databases and data migration strategy; Creating High-Level and Low-Level Design documents including artifacts such as logical model, deployment model, and physical data model and system interface diagram; Creating DDL and DML SQL Scripts; Developing SQL stored procedures, functions, and views; Designing and developing ETL Packages using SSIS to process data from DB2, Oracle and flat file data sources; Data risk management standards; Driving compliance around data management standards including retention and destruction, data quality and data localization; Designing and developing Data Products; Project estimation and planning; Coaching and technical mentoring of technologists.Job Location: 545 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310.Full-Time.
