The SharePoint Consultant and Developer will take responsibility for all aspects of the design, architecture, development, deployment, operations, administration, training and support of key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions. Location: Remote (US Eastern Time prefer) [Responsibilities]Participate in internal and external meetings to gather the business requirements and suggest solutionsSupport the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)Analyze the business requirements and suggest the best practice to apply the business requirementsDevelop and maintain SharePoint design and technical specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, and release testing to validate functionalityImplement SharePoint software applications and interfaces with all required software or serversSupport End User Acceptance Testing activities, and participate in Production Operations and Release Management supportAssist with upgrades, and new releases and monitor the performance of the technical objectsDevelop and maintain SharePoint design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SharePoint Best PracticesCode change and code reviewDevelop enhancements and customizationsHelp client with solutionWriting technical specificationsEnsure the developed and customized complies with company quality assurance standardsBe an individual contributor when it comes to designing and developing frameworks and critical pieces of code which have a wider impactCreate detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projectsBe available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the teamBeing transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successesWriting development progress reportsSalary: $60 - $65/hr
