Together, we can help find the answers to our clients most challenging business problems. What You’ll Do As a TPM Senior Consultant at Clarkston, you will:

Partner with top consumer goods companies to design and execute improvements across the entire Trade Promotion Management lifecycle, including Annual Planning, Budgeting, Customer Planning, Retail Execution, Settlements, Measuring & Reporting, and Category Optimization

Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients and fellow consultants in formal and ad hoc settings

Convert business processes into functional requirements, recommend current technology solutions, and assess software vendors based on organizational needs

Leverage your experience with one or more trade systems (e.g., Exceedra, Demantra, AFS, CAS etc.) to facilitate all aspects of a TPM implementation

Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle

Train and support end-users, sharing best practices and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes and systems

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience working in the Trade Promotion Management space

Strong understanding and experience with trade processes including deductions, settlements, trade check requests, trade accruals, and trade finance (interfaces, reporting, etc.)

Flexibility and adaptability – our consultants work across various aspects of the trade process, including process and technology initiatives

Direct experience with TPM systems such as Exceedra, Demantra, AFS, CAS, etc.

4 year degree from an accredited college or university

Travel RequirementTravel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 30-50%. This may vary based upon client and project needs. When not traveling, consultants work from their home office. In addition, you will have the opportunity to promote and ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose data as part of data ingestion/movement strategies to the Cloud.
