Position: Part-Time In-House CPA
Location: Howell Nj

Key Responsibilities:
1) Tax Return Preparation & Filing: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns.
2) Monthly Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
3) Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements: Prepare comprehensive financial statements on a quarterly and yearly basis.
4) Other Financial Filings: Handle additional financial filings such as 1099s.
5) Credit Applications & Government Contracts: Manage applications for credit agencies, government contracts, and similar tasks.
6) Clean Energy Tax Credits Expertise: Leverage experience with clean energy tax credits from the Inflation Reduction Act.

Qualifications:
1) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
2) Proven experience in tax preparation, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
3) Familiarity with financial filings and credit applications.
4) Experience with clean energy tax credits from the Inflation Reduction Act is a plus.
5) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6) Excellent organizational and communication skills.
