Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, OBGYNLocation: Geisinger Jersey Shore HospitalDepartment: Women’s HealthWork Schedule: 8:00 A – 5:00 P, Monday - FridayWork Type: Full TimeJob Summary :Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of clients presenting for routineobstetrical and gynecological care, family planning or minor gynecological complaints by means of interview, health history, physical examination and diagnostic tests. Interprets data, develops and implements therapeutic plans. Duties will include minor procedures, educating patients, IUD insertions, and routine annual exams. Triage is handled by RN’s.
