This is part time on-site role for a Banquet line Cook at Navesink Country Club located in Red Bank, NJ. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production, and you will contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Banquet Line Cook or relevant role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
