Key Responsibilities:
The Lead DA will manage the inventory of the dental office and ensure communication between General Pro Dental Labs and BSE Dental .
Duties and responsibilities:
- Update and maintain patients’ dental records.
- Take and process X-rays as needed.
- Schedule patient appointments as needed.
- Ensure Daily Huddle discussions are in alignment with the Financial Agreement documentation.
- Ensure communication flow is maintained throughout the day between Lead Assistant and Office Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Dental Assistant certification and/or New Jersey X-ray license preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of dental assisting experience, with at least one (1) year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Core or Dexis).
- Ability to be rostered two (2) Saturdays within the month.
- Provide additional coverage.
