Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment details.
- Experience with QuickBooks and AIA forms
