Atlantic Fire Protection is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Scheduler. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for existing customers
Make 25+ calls per day to ensure timely service scheduling we provide you the customers to be scheduled.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $20-$22
10 days paid time off
Standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
Note: This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role.
