About the Brand:
We’re a fast-growing baby product company that sells to major retailers like Target, Walmart, and more. We’re looking for a creative, self-starting Product Development & Sourcing Specialist who can help us stay ahead by constantly generating and vetting new product ideas for retail.
What We Need Help With:
Researching and presenting new product ideas (baby gear, accessories, etc.)
Sourcing similar or reference products to explore feasibility
Creating basic concept overviews with competitive landscape and notes
Support with factory/vendor communication
Ideal Skills:
Experience in consumer product development or sourcing
Familiarity with baby, parenting, or household products a big plus
Ability to spot trends, solve problems, and fill market gaps
Organized, responsive, and clear communicator
Bonus: experience with Alibaba, Amazon trend tools, or retail line building
Tools You Might Use:
Google Sheets / Docs
Online sourcing platforms like Alibaba, etc
Canva, Adobe or other light design tools (for basic mockups or idea boards)
