Well established irrigation company is looking to hire a motivated, dependable and friendly Scheduler/Customer Call Representative with customer service and administrative assistant experience to work Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Answering high volume of incoming telephone calls and returning calls in a timely manner
Scheduling high volume of appointments
Composing emails/drafting responsive emails to/from customers
Prepare, type and send proposals to customers
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Data entry
General office duties
Must be computer literate, proficient with MS Word, MS Emails and have experience typing with speed and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
