Advanced Solar & Energy Solutions is a fast growing Solar, Construction, Build & Custom Design Company for commercial and residential projects. We have locations in Rahway & Howell. Now Hiring a Part Time or Inside Salesman for our Howell location.
Looking for a professional motivated individual, capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent organizational and communication skills.
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Solar company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting current leads, contacting old leads, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, logging and tracking customer information into our sales CRMand closing sales deals over the phone.
Job Duties
-Conduct calls to prospective customers
- Follow up with leads
-Track customers information and schedule call backs in our sales CRM
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently
- Engage in business development activities to expand the customer base
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Utilize Pipedrive our CRM software to track leads and sales activities
Qualifications
- Must have sales experience
- Experience in inside sales, technical sales, solar or software sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive communicator
- Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred
