I physically go out into the field myself and I see the doors, I meet the DM’s and I hear with my own ears what their questions and concerns are. It’s only then that I can help a company to develop KPIs or benchmarks so that there is a well-established understanding of what can be achieved.
I am skilled in reading a room, identifying who the decision maker is, and identifying whether or not a lead is a warm lead or a dead lead.
I’m skilled in reading emotional responses and understanding which objections are emotional and which objections aren’t.
I can train a sales team from the ground up, or I can come into a situation and troubleshoot a solution and offer my advice and suggestions to help sales reps to better serve the client.
I also always suggest what I believe is necessary for a business owner's success. I am not a huge consulting firm that is going to pitch every service that I can offer, just because I can. That is why I rely heavily on my needs assessment survey.
I prefer to do less talking and more listening when I am engaged with a client during the Needs Assessment Process.
Maybe a company will only need my services once and a while, or for one event or one job specifically. I am at my clients' service, no matter how small or big my role may be in a project.
After an incredibly successful, long stint in the pharmaceutical industry, I am looking to go back into a more personal space, independent consulting for small business owners.
