We continue to lead the system in HCAHPS scores, and are looked to as a model for best practice in patient satisfaction.Summary of Job Function:The Guest Service Representative acts as the hospital receptionist and responds in a gracious manner to all inquiries for patient information and hospital services. Provides direction to various hospital departments. Assists in the resolution of patient/visitor concerns and complaints. Other clerical duties will be performed as assigned to facilitate the operations of the department. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.Job QualificationHigh School diploma. One to three years prior experience in health care and/or customer service required.
