Develop and maintain tax applications and tools for the collection and analysis of financial information
Manage and maintain data integrity and consistency during electronic processing and calculation & reporting processes
Provide requirements gathering, documentation, analysis and design participation, test script development, implementation facilitation and maintenance
Gather business information to create clear, concise and complete business and functional requirements and processes
Qualifications:
Minimum four years of experience programming with Access, Excel VBA, and SQL Server
Bachelor's degree with major in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field from an accredited college/university
Knowledge on software processes such as source control management, change management, defect tracking and continuous integration; familiarity with SharePoint, Visio and/or SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management, and interface between technical team and business owners
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness and flexibility to work overtime during tax compliance peak activity periods
