We’re looking for an innovative individual who can blend creativity with data-driven insights to elevate our brand presence and connect with our audience. The Brand Manager, Selsun Blue, will lead the development and execution of annual and long-term brand strategy and tactical plans aligned to the North America brand strategy for the US market.Main Responsibilities:

Drive strategic leadership for the brand, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices based on deep consumer insight and data analysis to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.

Create integrated consumer campaigns including precision marketing, digital, social, and consumer/ trade promotions. Utilize consumer journey insights and marketing mix analysis to connect with the right consumer, at the right moment, with the right message.

Partner closely with cross-functional and external agency partners to build and execute plans

Oversee management of P&L, leading forecasting, budget tracking, and the annual business planning process.

Collaborate closely and frequently with Field Sales and Sales Strategy to plan and execute programs that will drive growth at retail (e.g., buyer engagement, sizing/ pricing strategy, promo planning)

Develop and implement an innovation roadmap aligned to brand strategy and financial plans. Develop and implement launch activation programs for innovation launches.

Collaborate with key cross-functional teams in the ideation, development, and execution of innovative projects

Conduct market research and analysis with your insights partners to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, identify pain points, and define innovation opportunities

Manage the end-to-end innovation process, including idea generation, concept development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization

About You

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent) preferred.

3-5 years of relevant experience

Direct to consumer brand experience a plus

Leadership – skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute

Cooperate transversally – collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies

Act for change – embrace change and innovation and initiate new & improved ways of working.

Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strategic and analytical thinking; Creativity and problem-solving

Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs

Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
