This opportunity is with a close-knit family owned MEP firm looking to add a Sr. Electrical Engineer to the team to lead all Electrical based projects. They are looking to grow and have this candidate eventually independently manage their own clients, as well as, a lot more opportunity to gain a variety of experience being a part of a smaller firm.JOB DESCRIPTION:Will be the lead on designing electrical systems on projects including but not limited to:AutoCAD Design: Proficient use of AutoCAD software to create precise and detailed electrical designs.Power Distribution Systems: Lead the design and implementation of efficient power distribution systems.Fire Alarm Solutions: Develop state-of-the-art fire alarm systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.Lighting Layouts: Create innovative lighting layouts tailored to project requirements for optimal functionality.Load Calculations: Conduct thorough load calculations to optimize system performance and efficiency.Panel Layout Design: Drive the design of intricate panel layouts, contributing to seamless system integrationPROJECTS:Hospitals (50%)Residential/Apartments (25%)CommercialR&D facilitiesWarehousesOffice buildingsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:4-6+ years of experienceProficiency in AutoCADExtensive experience in electrical design, specifically using AutoCAD.Proven track record in designing power distribution systems, fire alarm solutions, lighting layouts, load calculations, and panel layouts.Strong leadership and communication skills.Commitment to quality, accuracy, and innovation in electrical engineering.WHY ACTALENT
