Your expertise will be crucial in developing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, and managing third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using the latest tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
What We’re Looking For:Hard Skills:
Extensive experience in Pharma, Powerplant, and hospital projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk, Procore, and Bluebeam.
Hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Diplomatic and ambitious with a trustworthy nature.
10-15 years of relevant experience.
Work Environment:
Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Travel to project sites once per week.
