Responsible for supervision and direction of the activities of security personnel to ensure protection of an organization's physical assets, properties, and resources. Serves as an example for the proper implementation of security policies and procedures. Carries out directives assigned by the Manager, Protection and ServicesPrincipal Accountabilities:
Assigns duties to security personnel under his/her supervision.
Provides leadership direction to security department personnel including recruitment, training, assignment delegation, and performance management
Regulates policies related to personnel entry and exit into the building
Reviews and presents reports to management on incidents and security breach. Offers recommendations on ways to avoid future breach in security.
Maintains accurate reporting.
Other duties as assigned
Required: 1.High school diploma and relevant experience in a law enforcement field. Minimum ten years prior law enforcement experience.
