Through experimentation and data engineering, we establish relationships between marketing initiatives and company goals. We partner with marketing teams to enhance outcomes using insights from scaling and discovery initiatives.This role will serve as a key subject matter expert for the entire Marketing org on user data privacy and regulatory compliance in marketing technology implementations.Responsibilities

Collaborate with data scientists, marketers, engineers, and engineers to develop and implement compliance processes for Marketing org and figure out the business impact of privacy measures

Ensure implementation of Marketing technology is compliant with global data protection laws including, GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, etc. by conducting period audits of third-party measurement technology used

Support Legal and Data Governance in reviewing technical design of new marketing technology for compliance and risk mitigation

Maintain and update guidance for marketers and engineers working to develop marketing data infrastructure

Build reporting and dashboards to monitor usage of third-party tracking technology within the Marketing org

Proactively give credible, action-oriented analysis and recommendations to Marketing leadership

Remain current with regulatory activity and trends related to data privacy and third-party advertising measurement

Skills/Competencies

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field

3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing, web/app analytics, and/or privacy analytics experience

3+ years of experience writing complex and optimized SQL queries across large data sets

3+ years of experience working with third-party marketing technology (javascript tagging, API conversion upload, etc.)

Knowledge of major global data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, etc. and/or International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) CIPP/US certification
