Utilizing the Warehouse Management System, supports local station leadership with warehouse operations including receiving, binning, shipping, inventory management and maintaining serviceable and unserviceable parts
Facilitates management of bin balances using WMS through accurate transactions and physical inventories
Application of Lean processes within the warehouse location
Oversight of the training requirements and training schedule for the WMS deployment, including all required training and change management
Facilitates and enables user adoption of the system with all frontline employees
Facilitate the development, implementation and management of the Warehouse Management System to optimize the efficient flow of materials to and from United’s customers, vendors and other airlines
Prepares forecasts and monitors performance using WMS tools, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance
Coordinates with local leadership staffing and other resource needs and ensures that safety and security requirements are fulfilled
Supervises and coordinates the deployment of the WMS system and business plan at a parts distribution center to accomplish station, division and company goals and objectives
Promotes and facilitates a working environment to develop improvement and employee team participation
Builds and maintains a positive rapport with Maintenance Customers and other adjacent departments
Serves as a champion and mentor of the WMS system for succession planning to develop front line employees for advancement opportunities

AS in aviation management, supply chain, business, or related fields or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1-2 year in a storekeeper capacity
Familiar with system user testing
Familiar with coordinating and planning of product deployment
Familiar with warehouse processes
Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

BA,BS
Supply Chain certification 1-3 years
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or logistics experience
