You will play a collaborative role in providing support for these platforms with innovative software crafted for the dynamic lab of the future.A Day in the Life:

Troubleshoot technical hardware problems and accurately diagnose sophisticated issues using documentation, schematics, and drawings.

To meet their service needs, work and connect with internal and external parties thoughtfully, courteously, and coordinately.

Lead your schedule and administrative tasks, e.g., expenses, travel, preventative care schedules, and case reports.

Keys to Success:To excel in this role, you should be a tried engineer in clinical or research instrumentation, support, installation, and service. Your outstanding ability to resolve sophisticated automation systems problems will set you apart.EducationAssociate and/or Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, preferably in mechatronics or electronics.Experience

Confirmed experience in field engineering of technically sophisticated devices in a clinical or research environment.

Experience working with sophisticated environmental controls and measurement, robotics handling systems, dynamic software schedulers, and providing stable hardware solutions.

Solid understanding of measurement tools, such as CO2, O2, relative humidity, and multimeter operation.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read detailed schematics (Electronic and Pneumatic).

Familiarity with general lab practices.

PC hardware and peripherals, and basic network setup.

Ability to work remotely and travel up to 75-90% within the region.

Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.
