In this position you will support the Capital Markets, and report to the Director, Product Management.

This role has high level visibility to Senior Management at Major Financial Services Company who will use your input and new product ideas to formulate strategic plans for client and revenue growth. Your industry knowledge of brokerage processing will enable you to develop new products and services for Margin Workflow. Previous experience with supervising, leading and implementing client, regulatory, and industry changes in order to ensure products are kept current to industry standards and client needs is important to success in this role. You will also work closely with the Major Financial Services Company Sales teams to market and sell to new client prospects and assist with the onboarding process.
Other responsibilities will include understanding emerging client functionality and business needs, and craft valuable offerings to meet those needs. Grow revenue and reduce expenses. We facilitate client working groups for major projects. We provide sales and marketing support with presentations, demos, webinars and expert knowledge discussions of the products. Teamwork is needed to coordinate the change implementation process with internal departments, external parties and client testing/sign-off. You will work with senior management and other product managers to determine prioritization of portfolio development. We develop expertise in the BPS/Workflow product lines and analyze sales data and trends to identify new product opportunities. We will also participate in industry forums (Supervising for Regulatory Change and Industry Initiatives).
Qualifications

• In-depth Margin functional knowledge from an operational or product management perspective is required
• Previous BPS Margin is a plus.
• Ability to understand a workflow system and work with rules-based process automation is extremely important.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer and Information Science
• Able to meet deadlines and to work overtime as needed during the week and on weekends
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and able to welcome change
• Excellent judgment and business insight
• Proponent of innovation, strategy and vision
• Strong critical thinking skills, writing/communication, and product knowledge
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to collaborate with other team members
